Working at Little Sweethearts Montessori

We are always interested to hear from passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Montessori ECE teachers who are interested in joining our preschools.

As licenced ECE preschools, we prefer that our Montessori Directresses are ECE qualified with full teacher registration, and at least have experience working in a Montessori environment, or ideally hold a Montessori Diploma.

All our Montessori Directresses receive strong professional development support from our Montessori Consultant, Rhonda Davison, an accredited trainer for our own Montessori Teacher Training School, Montessori Centre Aotearoa. Click here for more information.
